Change of Ownership and name

We would like to inform that on 30 January 2026 ENS was acquired by Axpo Polska sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw, Poland.

Since 20 February 2026 ENS operates under the name: Axpo Elektrociepłownia Nowa Sarzyna sp. z o.o.
All the other data remains the same i.e. VAT number, KRS, bank account, telephone/fax, address, emails and website address.
