On December 4, 2017, at the headquarters of Kulczyk Investments, 11 companies from the KI Group, joined the Global Compact Poland Ethics Program. Thus, they adopted the development direction based on compliance with ethical principles and sustainable development as well as a useful tool for their implementation and verification.
It is a set of rules that should guide companies operating in a responsible and sustainable manner, developed among others based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN and the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact.
The following companies have joined the group of signatories of the Standard developed by Global Compact Poland and business partners:

The signing of the Standard by Kulczyk Investments was the first such activity within the KI Group. The Ethics Program Standard created by Global Compact Network Poland is a unique management tool in the world.
Kulczyk Foundation is one of the leaders of the “Ethics Standard in Poland” project, which joined the program in the last year and since then the Foundation actively co-creates the Standard and consistently sets new, ambitious goals in the Kulczyk Group.
Workshops for ethics and compliance specialists as well as internal work have resulted in the adoption of the Standard with one vote. As emphasized by the President of the Foundation, Dominika Kulczyk – “We do not forget that the most important thing is a man. That’s why business ethics is so important for the Kulczyk Investments Group, which is permanently included in our investment strategy and daily work. I cannot imagine that anything can be created without the support of jointly involved people and respect for human rights and needs.”
As a part of the “Standard of Ethics in Poland” program Dominika Kulczyk – the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kulczyk Investments, a member of the Global Compact Network Poland Program Board and Ambassador of Ethical Standards and Women’s Rights in Business, – actively co-creates and participates in the activities of equality and diversity working group in the workplace.
